This area is still new and there is only about 10% population...concern about sustainability and safety of community...

·   vegetation/landscape between road and playground(no gate to seperate this two areas)

·   ramp for OKU

·   mirror @ road junction- to reduce the risk of accident

·   way direction- easy for outsiders to find the house
